Online bookings
The website may show current room availability, nightly rates, and an estimated stay total and may accept an online booking request. Submitting the request does not charge the guest and does not create a confirmed reservation. Del Prado Motel staff confirms the dates, guest count, room category, rate, and physical room assignment before the booking becomes confirmed.
Phone reservations and contact-form inquiries
Guests may call Del Prado Motel for a phone reservation. A phone reservation is confirmed when staff confirms the room type, dates, rate, and reservation details. The contact form is for questions and follow-up; submitting it does not create a confirmed reservation.
Room assignment
Reservations are made by room type. Del Prado Motel assigns the specific room and may change that assignment when needed.
Text messaging terms
If you separately opt in to text messages, Del Prado Motel may send reservation and stay-related SMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not required to book or contact the motel.
Online payments
Online payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Card or PayPal credentials are handled by that provider. Refunds, disputes, cancellations, and any remaining balance are subject to the applicable stay terms and payment-provider procedures.
Cancellation requests and refunds
An eligible guest may submit a cancellation request through the booking-management link. A request does not cancel the booking immediately. Del Prado Motel reviews the request, and any approved refund is handled separately.
Rates and availability
Availability and prices can change until a reservation is completed. The rate and taxes shown at checkout apply to that online booking. For phone reservations, the rate and terms are the ones confirmed by motel staff.
Photography and room information
Photos show Del Prado Motel and its room types. Individual rooms of the same type may vary slightly in layout or furnishings.
Third-party links
Links to maps, payment providers, or other third-party services are provided for convenience or transaction processing. Del Prado Motel does not control those services or their independent content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, layout, graphics, and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
No unlawful or harmful use
You may not use the site to transmit malicious code, overload the service in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, or abusive content.
