When you use direct online booking, the contact/reservation inquiry form, or booking-management tools, the website may collect your name, phone number, email address, guest address, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, room category, messages or special requests, booking/reference identifiers, cancellation requests, and related stay information. Staff-created phone reservations may also be entered into the same property database so room inventory stays centralized.
Technical information
The hosting provider may automatically record standard server-log information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, referring page, and security/error information. Booking and inquiry forms may use a temporary essential session cookie for form security.
How information is used
- to check and manage room inventory, bookings, phone reservations, and inquiries;

Text messaging
If you separately opt in to SMS, Del Prado Motel may send transactional reservation and stay-related text messages to the mobile number you provide, such as inquiry acknowledgements, booking confirmations, cancellation notices, and secure payment-link notices. Message frequency varies with your reservation activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry, book online, or make a phone reservation. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data/consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They may be processed by messaging providers and telecommunications carriers only as reasonably necessary to deliver and operate the messaging service.
Payments and payment processors
For direct online booking or a staff-issued payment request, the amount, payment status, transaction reference, and limited booking details may be exchanged with the selected payment processor. Card numbers and PayPal account credentials are entered directly with the payment processor and are not stored in the Del Prado Motel website. Stripe and PayPal process information under their own privacy notices.
Sharing
Personal information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing, or other operational functions, only as reasonably necessary for those services. The website is not designed to sell personal information to advertisers.
Retention

You may contact the property to ask about personal information you previously provided, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Children
This website is intended for general lodging information and is not directed to children under 13. A booking or reservation inquiry should be submitted by an adult or an authorized person arranging travel.
